dc.description.abstract | Water activity is one of the most significant parameter in many fields such as; food, agriculture and pharmaciutical. Measuring water activity has been a challenge for food scientists. One of the most common way to indicate water activity is to measure relative humidity. Using relative humidity sensors in a sealed environment is very efficient and accurate to measure water activity. Arduino hardware and software were used for the development of a new device to measure water activity. | hu_HU |
