This thesis compared the Indian and EU dairy sectors (EU-27). To gather insights, this thesis compares India with the EU-27's efficiency, development methods, trade policies, and prospects. India has 1.5 billion people, and the EU-27 has about half a billion. The comparisons show low yield in Indian dairy and high emissions from the EU’s dairy sector.
