dc.description.abstractMy thesis was devoted to the discussion of the representation of masculinity in 1990s British cinema in three parts. Overall, there were plenty of representative social realist films and impressive working-class male characters in the decade. Since cinema is seen as the reflection of reality, it is necessary to address the analysis of the social context during the discourse of the masculinity in the nineties.hu_HU
