dc.description.abstractThe thesis deals with comprehensive examination of distribution strategies employed by manufacturers, considering diverse channels ranging from direct sales to indirect sales via various intermediaries. The thesis cosiders the advantages and challenges associated with indirect sales, differenciate between Agency Agreements and Distribution Agreements and identifies the pitfalls of dual capacity in distribution. The analysis extends to the evolving landscape of e-commerce, shedding light on the implications of the new VBER and Guidelines. The legal form of Distribution Agreement is discribed, advocating for clarity and specificity in defining terms between suppliers and distributors. With a commitment to bridging theory and practice, this thesis provides businesses with a valuable resource in form of FAQs to navigate the complexities of distribution, fostering transparent, compliant, and enduring commercial relationships.
