My thesis attempted to analyse attitude and motivation in Mr. Biggs restaurant Nigeria. My observation suggested different reason to satisfy and motivate employee at Mr. Biggs restaurant Nigeria. Employee attitude are feeling toward work environment. Under certain condition, actual behaviour can be predicted by attitude. Positive attitude can be generated as a result of company police, fit with the environment and equality.
