The National Cocoa and Coffee Board (NCCB) was created by Decree No. 91/271 of 12 June 1991, amended and supplemented by Decree N°. 97/141 of 25 August 1997. This is an administrative public institution with financial autonomy under the technical supervision of the Ministry of Trade.
