First, the definition of few motivation theories,and then explained the motivation practice in China,and gave an example of the Chinese company where I was intern,knew about how to motive employee to work.Analysis of the employee questionnaire of the employee,what needs are the most important of employee,and how is the employee satisfaction of the company.Finally, summarized and analyzed the motivation theory, and my suggestion of the motivation theory.
