In this work I tried to review some important disease related information and existing knowledge. In addition I have also tried to explore some new and promising treatments that might deal with the huge challenge facing the health systems worldwide. In the processes of focusing on the main issues, according to my point of view as medical student, I left many important disease related information outside the scope of the work.
