This thesis gives an introduction to Polycystic Ovary Syndrome and its pathomechanism. It also analyses the several available treatment methods concerning the aspect of infertility among PCOS patients, and suggests an algorithm of the course of action considering individual patient therapy. Eventually it describes potential superiority of one treatment alternative over another in terms of reproductive outcome based on recent data.
