The paper starts with the introduction, in which some explanations for the globalization process were interpreted. After defining the globalization term, its effect on countries’ economies, businesses and individuals was underlined. And finally, all of the mentioned factors led as to the following question “Are Global Cosmopolitans forming global culture?”When it comes to the conclusion, two different realities were underlined. First of all, because of the unique experience and way of thinking it was concluded that Global Cosmopolitans may not be grouped under one national culture. Subsequently, their global experience gathers them together for the formulation of the global culture notion. However, at the same time, there are people who do not get access to such opportunities and they are carriers of national cultures in the long run.
