Hemifacial Microsomia
Absztrakt
Hemifacial microsomia is the second most common congenital malformation of the lower half of the craniofacial region affecting predominantly the lateral surface of the face following cleft lip and cleft palate. It is characterized by the unilateral hypoplasia or aplasia of the temporomandibular joint and the ear hence giving an asymmetrical appearance that get more prominent as the person gets older
