First of all we will define the description of the democracy and we will search about it's historical evolution. We will check the historical evolution of the democracy in the Middle East and Mediterranean area.Than we will discuss the most recent problems of the democracy in these countries and all around the World. Finally we will discuss the optimal solutions for these problems.
