Renal cancer represents approximately 3-4 % of total malignancies, and it is the most lethal urological tumor. However the prognosis of renal tumor is good when the tumor is organ confined. In this thesis I present the treatment options and their efficacy for non- metastatic renal tumors. The radical nephrectomy was the traditional treatment option of localized renal tumors. However in the past two decades partial nephrectomy was widely used in those cases, when the patient had relatively small tumor ( <7 cm).
