In this work, I lay down the anatomical and embryological development of the male gonads and genitalia, reviewing the pathomechanisms of the fertility diseases. The body of my work mainly discusses the hormonal regulation, evaluation and assessments setting the background for further detailing about the available endocrinological therapies.
