There are judicial and non-judicial procedures to protect the copyright and related rights in the Jordanian and European law in line with the international treaties regarding this. However, it is insufficient to punish those who violate the copyrights or related rights to a criminal penalty or to adjudge them to civil compensation for the injured party . Counterfeit works and implements used in the infringement will continue to have a negative impact if they are kept in circulation. These works and implements must be seized and disposed of in a manner that is appropriate for the right holder and society. The seizure of counterfeit works and the implements which were used in imitation as well as the prooceds that come from the infringement has more than one benefit, such as using them as evidence in the lawsuit against the infringer, as well as in some cases selling them and adjudging their prices to the injured party as compensation for the damages incurred. But this is subject to several conditions and restrictions. In this research we will define the concept of such seizure and its procedures, conditions, restrictions, and the management of the seized items
