The clearance of extracellular vesicles derived from the apoptotic adipocytes by macrophages
Absztrakt
In-vitro system has been developed to show how apoptotic adipocytes pack their lipid content into extracellular vesicles(ECVs) and how macrophages uptake these ECVs and apotptic bodies secreted from dying cells and the role of the Sphingomyelinase and Caspase in the ECVs formation.
