One Belt One Road initiative is one of the hottest topics in recent years. This thesis will discuss what is OBOR and what impacts it brings to EU and CEECs. I will analyze the problem from both the EU and China perspective. For example, the motivation of China to implement the OBOR and what China can gain from this initiative. Besides, what are the risks and opportunities for the EU? What is the reaction of CEECs?
