The aim of my dissertation is to clearly present the importance and then effects of quality management systems within a business, showing you the different types of quality management systems and the different results that each system aims towards, my argument is to convince small business owners and entrepreneurs to consider quality management systems from as early of a stage as possible to minimize unforeseen avoidable losses.
