Autism is defined as a neurological and developmental disorder that begins early in childhood and continues throughout a person’s life. Every country, whether it was a developed or a developing country, suffers from the accelerating widespread of Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) or Autism, which is a serious medical condition that should be dealt with properly to minimize the consequences of future burdens on the individuals with the disease, their families and the governments. This literature review serves as a comparison between not only Jordan and the USA but between developing and developed countries regarding the legal rights of Autistic individuals.
