dc.description.abstractLegal background of nature reservation from areas with national significance to Natura 2000 network is presented. The proportion of nature reservation areas increased from 9% to 21% with the declaration of Natura 2000 network. Details are negotiated on Natura 2000 lands located on and around the Fertő- Hanság National Park. Necessity of collaboration in Natura 2000 actions is urged among Austrian, Slovakian and Hungarian areas located along the frontiers. The importance of grasslands in nature reservation is emphasised. Attention is drawn to the new legal regulation. en
dc.description.abstractSzerzők bemutatják a természetvédelem főbb jogforrásait az országos jelentőségű védett területektől a Natura 2000 területekre vonatkozó jogszabályokig. Bemutatják mindkét védett területfajta kiterjedését és megállapítják, hogy a Natura 2000 területek létrehozásával a védett területek aránya 9%-ról 21%-ra emelkedett Magyarországon. Hasonlóan ismertetik a Fertő-Hanság Nemzeti Park Igazgatóság vonatkozó adatait is hangsúlyozva, hogy a védett területek nem fejeződhetnek be az országhatárnál, hanem folytatódniuk kell Ausztria és Szlovákia szomszédos részein is. Felhívják a figyelmet a gyepek természetvédelmi jelentőségére, a Natura 2000 programban betöltött szerepükre és a velük kapcsolatos jogi szabályozásra. hu
