| dc.description.abstract | It describes the reaction of nerve cells in cns and peripheral tissues to classical factors, foreign bodies and genetic problems. Nerve cells, mostly glial cells gets inflamed in response to a variety of cues, including infection, traumatic brain injury, toxic metabolites, or autoimmunity. Immune response to these inflammation include lymphocytes, monocytes and macrophages of the hematopoietic system and glial cells of the CNS (astrocytes and microglia-the supporting cells of the CNS). Neuroinflammation is seen in diseases like Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS), Parkinson's disease (PD), Alzheimer's disease (AD) and Primary Progressive Multiple Sclerosis (PPMS). Treatment include Sterois, NSAIDS, Cannabinoids, kinin receptors antagonist | hu_HU |
