dc.description.abstractIn this modern era, social media has become an indispensable part of human life. From morning to afternoon, it has become impossible for a person to stay away from social media. Social media not only impacts human life but also has a great impact on international trade and business. It can act as a communication chain or channel inside an organization and social media can impact organizational communication or the organizational culture. It helps the traders to expand their business globally and also helps them promote their products in front of the world. In this research, a mixed-method has been used to execute the study. The mixed-method includes both qualitative and quantitative analysis. The study will focus on achieving the objectives through effective findings. Findings are retrieved by using the data collected from primary and secondary research. The theoretical background is formed through thematic analysis of pieces of literature retrieved from secondary sources. Thus, the future works of the research will show a new path to future researchers.hu_HU
