The thesis seeks to explore the extent to which intercultural differences have an impact on organizational culture. As globalization increases, companies are acquiring a diverse workforce. The aim of this research is to highlight the importance of acknowledging various cultural backgrounds of employees and how it affects people in a professional setting such as organizations. The research will also explore various concepts of cultural frameworks such as Hofstede model in order to explain cultural diverity at workplaces.
