| dc.description.abstract | The thesis seeks to explore the extent to which intercultural differences have an impact on organizational culture. As globalization increases, companies are acquiring a diverse workforce. The aim of this research is to highlight the importance of acknowledging various cultural backgrounds of employees and how it affects people in a professional setting such as organizations.
