The thesis analyzes various discrepancies in the 21st century America, which women have to face in the labor market. It narrates philosophies from the past about gender roles and reaches today times explaining how the differences have decreased over the span of time but do persist in the workplace. It describes suggestive measures which could be taken to eradicate these disparity of behaviors that women have to face.
