This thesis proposes a comprehensive Quality Assurance (QA) framework for cocoa powder beverage production, addressing the need for consistent quality and safe production in this growing industry. The framework integrates Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and comprehensive risk assessment guides to improve the efficiency throughout the production process.
