This research is done to highlight and evaluate the consumer behaviour in the sugar and the sweetener product market. In this paper I talk about sugar substitutes; including but not limited to sweeteners and as well as get into detailed explaination of the long term side effects that the consumption of excess sugar has on the body. I will also be covering consumers opinions and attitudes towards sugar substitutes based off of a suvery that I conducted in both the UAE and Hungary. This experiment helped me compared the two cultures and how they differ in the use of sugar and sweeteners. Lastly, I also talk about how age and gender also play a role in this social study conducted.
