dc.description.abstractVéleményem szerint Debrecen városa az elmúlt három évtizedben olyan átalakuláson (fejlődésen) ment keresztül, amely hosszú időre befolyásolja a város arculatát, fejlődésének irányát. A történelmi belváros rehabilitációja során a helyi önkormányzat igen nagy figyelmet fordított olyan közterek/sétálóutcák kialakítására, amelyek a gépkocsiforgalom kitiltása révén lehetőséget biztosítanak különböző rendezvények megtartására és végső soron újra élővé teszik az adott városrészt. Debrecenben a városrehabilitációhoz is kapcsolódó építkezések (a szemmel is látható morfológiai változások mellett) bizonyos funkciók (pénzügyi- kereskedelmi-funkció vagy éppen rekreációs szerep stb.) erősödésével, némely funkció (bizonyos területeken lakófunkció) gyengülésével jártak. Annak ellenére, hogy az elmúlt időszakban Debrecen történelmi belvárosában nagyszámú rehabilitációs projekt valósult meg, úgy gondolom, hogy Debrecen belvárosának átalakítása (az egyes belvárosi részek rehabilitációja) még nem fejeződött be, illetve bizonyos területeken a fejlesztésekre a jövőben is szükség lesz! In my opinion Debrecen has undergone a transformation (development) in the last three decades that will influence the image of the city and the direction of its development for a long time. In the course of the regeneration of the historic city centre, the local government paid great attention to create public spaces and pedestrian malls. Keeping cars out of the streets allows various events to be organized and ultimately to the renewal of the given district. Construction works related to urban regeneration in Debrecen (besides the visible morphological changes) invigorated certain functions (financial, commercial, recreational), while lessened others (residential functions). Although numerous regeneration projects have been implemented in the historic city centre of Debrecen I think that the transformation of the city centre of Debrecen (the renewal of certain parts of the city centre) is not completed yet, and in certain areas further developments are needed in the future.hu_HU
