Chinese private firms are developing crazily and they are the main power of economy in China now. But they were discriminated in China historically. The article states the internationalization theories and the private firms' histories. Then introduced functions of the government and methods adopted by private firms to realize internationalization. Next the article analysed SWOT of the Chinese private firms, finally puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to the development of private firms. In a word, Chinese private firms will be better and better under the leadership of the government.
