My research is in connection with food industry especially with milk and dairy products by examining a given manufacturer, the Cserpes Sajtműhely Kft and the consumers of its products. My thesis is focusing on consumers’ demand on a special Hungarian dairy brand the Cserpes LLC. I present the Business Model Canvas as a tool of my examination of the selected LLC. Since the product of my analyzed company is milk and dairy products I focused my research in this field. So that is why I examined the real demand for consuming milk and milk products especially from territorial and age view. After that I wanted to know if there is any need or demand for dairies in Hungary, and what is typical for them. Lastly I presented Business Model Canvas through the example of Cserpes LLC. One of my primary search examines the Cserpes LLC from the Supply part of the Business Model Canvas. An other primary research of mine is an own prepared questionnaire, with which I would like to get an answer for my research question if there is a demand for a Cserpes’ Dairy in Debrecen.
