dc.description.abstract | An investigation into the effects of aerobics exercises on cardiovascular fitness in young adults. The participants of the study were students from the university of Debrecen and were split evenly into a control and intervention group of 12 members each. The intervention took place over a period of 8-weeks. Measurements on the variables were taken before and after the intervention period. From the study we were able to find evidence supporting the hypothesis of a positive effect on cardiovascular fitness as a result of aerobic training over the given time period. | hu_HU |
