This paper's topic closely follows the current international development trend of the new energy vehicle industry, taking BYD's entry into the Hungarian electric vehicle market as the research background. Using multi-dimensional analytical frameworks such as PESTEL and SWOT. Conducts a systematic and in-depth discussion of BYD's external environment and internal resources.This paper further compares the market entry pattern of BYD with Tesla. Finding out that there are similarities as well as differences between the two firms' strategic orientation, market positioning, as well as operating models.
