dc.description.abstractKutatócsoportunk sikeresen optimálta a 3-brómkromon és fenilacetilén közötti keresztkapcsolási reakciót.Az optimális reakciókörülmények birtokában vizsgálatainkat ki kívántuk terjeszteni a halogénhez viszonyítva orto-helyzetben hidroxil-csoportot tartalmazó kromonokra. Ezzel a reakcióval lehetőségünk nyílik természetben előforduló, vagy ezek alapvázát tartalmazó vegyületek előállítására.hu_HU
dc.description.abstractOur research group successfully optimized the cross-coupling of 3-bromochromone and phenylacetylene.With the optimal conditions in our hand we extended our investigations to chromones with orto-hydroxy functionality adjacent to the halogen atom. Such a reaction would allow the synthesis of naturally occurring compounds or their related derivatives with the same skeleton.hu_HU
