They redefined conventional gender roles and accepted morals, transformed fashion and highly influenced beauty and film industry. Who were they? What factors made it possible for them to bring a new feminine creature to life? How did they influence the image of womanhood? How could they become one of the most exciting female characters of not exclusively American but world history? Were the changes induced by the Flapper long lasting?
