dc.description.abstractThe formation of a confectionery was always my dream. In recent years there has been an increasing trend towards healthier and premium confectionery products, aimed at making consumers feel less guilty about the treats they eat. There are a lot of innovative ideas how I can make my business special and unique in Debrecen. After finishing university studies my aim is to open my first “dessert shop”. It is known that to open and to operate a confectionery is not easy but I think that in the current economic situation there is no doubt that a properly created business model is any organizations’ most crucial document. In addition, it is assumed that nobody can expect to acquire financial support, or do well in the current market situation, if there is not carried out a good plan. According to researches my confectionery will be a totally new business with totally new ideas in the market. A diverse product line will be planned to support all the needs of people. In the first years the focus will be on customers having lactose intolerance, milk allergy, diabetes, celiac disease. In addition different products will be created also for sportsmen and sportswomen and people who are on a diet. Major products would be: different kinds of cakes, biscuits, self-made chocolates, pancakes, pastries.hu_HU
