This study aimed to identify waste types, root causes, and solutions in the production cell at Bürkle Hungary Kft using Lean tools, particularly Multi-Moment Analysis (MMA) and time measurement. The findings indicated that 62.5% of activities were non-value-adding and only 37.5% were value-adding.This inefficiency was verified by time measurements, which showed that 60% of the time was spent on Non value added activities. A Fishbone Diagram and Pareto charts highlighted important problems, such as an unsufficient layout, disorganized tools, and ineffective production techniques. The study suggested implementing the 5S principle, providing employee training, and switching to a line production system with six workstations in order to address these issues. The goals of these interventions are to improve labor utilization, decrease motion waste, and streamline workflows. All things considered, it is anticipated that the suggested adjustments increased Bürkle Kft's output and effectiveness.
