dc.description.abstractThe thesis focuses on the importance of intellectual property right protection, especially on the protection of trade mark in the European Union. In this scope the thesis gives a brief over-look about why intellectual property rights are considered to have outmost significance, and provide a broader presentation on the formation of trade mark protection in the European Union and the procedure to be followed in order to protect a trade mark on that level, including the rights and possibilities.hu_HU
