Kutatásunk a hazai és nemzetközi didaktikai kutatások egyik fejezetéhez, a matematikatörténet középiskolai matematikaoktatásba történő beépíthetőségének vizsgálatához kíván hozzájárulni. Célunk így egyfelől egy, a magyar oktatási rendszerhez készült matematikatörténeti segédanyag létrehozása, másfelől annak kipróbálása és hatékonyságának vizsgálata lett. Ehhez először a matematikatörténetet tanórai beépíthetőségének két alapelvét fogalmaztuk meg: (1) a mértékletesség; (2) a matematikatörténet a matematikatanítás eszköze legyen. Ezen elveket figyelembe véve, a nemzetközi kutatások eredményeit is összegezve a mit és miért kérdésekre fogalmaztunk meg válaszokat. A dolgozat az elkészült segédanyag egy részét – mint az általános elvek egy adott témakörben történő megjelenítését – a 2019/20-as tanévig a 9. évfolyamon tanított algebra és számelmélet témakörhöz készült fejezetet tartalmazza. A segédanyag e részének kipróbálására az SZTE Gyakorló Gimnázium és általános iskola két különböző osztályában került sor.

Our research aims to contribute to one of the chapters of domestic and international didactic research, the study of the integration of the history of mathematics into secondary school mathematics education. Thus, our aims were, on the one hand, to create a mathematical history resource material for the Hungarian education system, and, on the other hand, to test it and examine its efficiency. To do this, we first formulated two principles of the the integration of the history of mathematics into the classroom. These are: (1) moderation; (2) make the history of mathematics a tool for teaching mathematics. Taking these principles into consideration and summarising the results of international research, we formulated answers to the what and why questions. The dissertation contains a part of the completed resource material – as a presentation of the general principles in a given topic – a chapter on the topic of algebra and number theory taught in the 9th grade until the 2019/2020 academic year. This part of the resource material was tested in two different classes of the SZTE Secondary and Primary Practice School.
