Absztrakt
The society in the South of the United States went through a lot of changes at the time of World War II. It mostly affected African Americans, especially those who went overseas to join the war and later came back as veterans. These people had to face more violence because of the highly racist and segregated southern society, which is perfectly illustrated by Dee Rees's Mudbound.
