dc.description.abstractAGRÁR ALAPSZAKOK KOMPETENCIA ELEMZÉSE Hazánkban az elmúlt közel két évtized során lezajlott változások hatással voltak a társadalmi és gazdasági életre. A természeti erőforrások apadása, a közép-kelet európai országokban lezajló rendszerváltozás, az új fogyasztói, szolgáltató társadalom létrejötte jelentősen megnövelte az emberi erőforrás szerepét a gazdasági élet minden területén. A felsőoktatási intézményeknek is új célokat kellett maguk elé kitűzni annak érdekében, hogy a megváltozott társadalmi, gazdasági igényeknek megfelelhessenek. Az 1999-ben aláírt bolognai nyilatkozat számos európai ország, így a magyar felsőoktatás képzési rendszerét is átalakította. A 2006/2007-es tanévtől minden magyar felsőoktatási intézményben a bolognai folyamat során kialakított, egységes európai képzési rendszer került bevezetésre. Dolgozatom elkészítésével célom a bolognai folyamat felsőoktatásra gyakorolt hatásának elemzése, tágabb értelemben a felsőoktatásban tapasztalható új elemek megjelenésében, szűkebb értelemben a bolognai megállapodások következményeként induló képzési formákban, nevezetesen az agrár alapszakok közül a környezetgazdálkodási agrármérnöki és a természetvédelmi mérnöki alapszakokon. Munkámmal a szakképzés és a munkaerőpiac szerves kapcsolatának kialakításához szeretnék közvetlenül hozzájárulni a munkáltatói igények és a szakok képzési tartalmának áttekintésével, összehasonlításával, annak érdekében, hogy a felsőoktatás tevékenyen szolgálhassa a munkáltatók igényét és a munkába lépő fiatalok elhelyezkedésének esélyét. AN ANALYSIS OF THE COMPETENCES IN FIRST DEGREE COURSES IN AGRICULTURAL SCIENCES In Hungary the changes which have taken place over the last two decades have had effects on social and economic life. The decrease in natural resources, the political changes occurring in Central and Eastern Europe, the emergence of a new consumer and service society, have all significantly increased the role of human resources in all areas of economic life. Higher education institutions have also had to create new objectives, in order to satisfy the changing social and economic demands. The Bologna Declaration, signed in 1999, transformed the system of courses in higher education in many European countries, including Hungary. From the 2006/2007 academic year, all Hungarian higher education institutions introduced the unified European system of courses established during the Bologna process. The aim of my thesis was to analyse the effects of the Bologna process on higher education; in the wider sense the appearance of new elements in higher edu¬cation, and in a narrower sense the form of the courses established as a result of the Bologna agreements, specifically the first degree courses in agricultural sciences: the environmental management agricultural engineer course and the environmental protection engineer course. In my work I would like to directly contribute to the de¬velopment of organised links between the specialised courses and the labour market by considering and comparing the demands of employers and the content of the spe¬cialised courses so that higher education activities can serve the demands of em¬ployers and increase the chances of new graduates to find work.hu_HU
