dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this study has been to examine the effect of delayed retirement age on the unemployment rate. The project has been divided into to parts, an analysis of the status quo and the trends of population aging in China and Japan, unemployment, and employment in China and Japan. Based on population trends and future estimates of GDP per capita by age, employment by age, China, and Japan by age, gender and sector, retirement age policies, population trends, and future estimates of pension policies, unemployment, and employment rates, respectively. I have also analyzed and compared the impact of delayed retirement age on unemployment rates in China and Japan under the aging of the population. Finally, the results have been evaluated to end up with the conclusion that postponing the retirement age will help reduce the pressure of paying for rehabilitation pension insurance. The aging of the population has brought the human resources of the elderly to society. The conclusion is that there is no substitute relationship between delayed retirement age and unemployment rate. The elderly will promote the development and employment of the health industry.hu_HU
