Absztrakt
The main aim of the research was to examine how computer-aided vocabulary practice influences the effectiveness of vocabulary teaching. The experiment was carried out by using two instruments, a questionnaire on motivation and vocabulary tests. Analysing the students’ attitudes to learning English, it became clear that they store the new words in their notebook with the Hungarian equivalents, the majority of them do not revise the words regularly at home, but they enjoy doing computer-based activities in the language classroom.
