dc.description.abstractThis thesis includes the development of traditional spices from India and Hungary in Acacia honey collected from Hungarian regions. It gives the element content information in enriched honey types in different concentrations like 2.5%,5%,7.5% & 10% respectively. This enriched honey's shows increase in element contents. Acacia honey is the most famous honey in Hungary. Every year, Hungary produces 10 thousand tons of acacia honey. Nature contains various elements, and both micro and macro elements are essential to our bodies' ability to function. A large portion of the acacia trees in Europe is grown in Hungary because of the good soil and favorable weather conditions.Another honey, which is famous in Hungary is silkweed honey and it has strong spicy perfume and flavor. Hungary is also famous for silkweed honey, which is spicy and has a strong fragrance.hu_HU
