Jelen dolgozatban olyan modellt dolgoztam ki és mutattam be, amely lehetőséget ad az ember alapvető szükségleteinek kielégítésén keresztül az egészség fenntartására és szükség esetén helyreállítására. E modell olyan rendszerre épül, amely kapcsolatba hozza a gyógyító hatású növényeket a funkcionális élelmiszerekkel az emberi táplálkozással, az egészséggel, mindezeket a vidéki térben, termőhelyekben, gazdaságban és társadalomban értelmezi. Figyelembe vettem a termék előállító projektek sajátosságait, ahhoz kötődő technológiát, infrastruktúrát, a projektekben előállított szolgálatsásokat és mindehhez kötődően a munkahelyek, a foglalkoztatás és képzés kérdéskörét. Összességében mindezeket a piac viszonyai között értelmeztem. A herbárium a bemutatott tradícióra épülő gyógyászati irányzat, a rendszerező élettan eszköztárának hármas szintű értelmezését adtam meg, amely a dolgozat kiindulási alapját képzi. Az elképzelések megfogalmazásán túl a megvalósítás alapelveit és irányelveit példákon keresztül mutattam be. Ezek figyelembe veszik a társadalmat képző egyén alapvető szempontjait, valamint a megvalósíthatóságot és a gazdaságosságot. „Régi-új” szempontok alapján kerültek értelmezésre a funkcionális élelmiszerek és a gyógyító növények a hatásukat illetően, amely szerint megfogalmazhatóvá vált az a kérdés, hogy mi nem számít funkcionális élelmiszernek és gyógyító növénynek, a rendszerező élettan kereteket adó elvei szerint. A bemutatott alapelvek energetikai értelmezése (egyensúlyi és nem egyensúlyi energia állapotok), olyan indikátorok segítségével történt meg, amely további lehetőséget kínál az ismertetett modell egyes alkotóinak továbbfejlesztésére, és más ugyanolyan területek kapcsolódására is. Az általam kidolgozott modell a funkcionális élelmiszereket, mint terméket, a táplálkozást, mint rendszeresen ismétlődő folyamatot, és az egészséget, mint dinamikusan változó állapotot rendszerként vizsgálja, s meghatározza mindazon elemeket – térben és időbeni kiterjesztéssel –, melyek az említett rendszert a regionális fejlesztés részeivé teszik. Ehhez kapcsolódóan szükségesnek tartja olyan info-kommunikációs felületek fejlesztését, kialakítását, amelyek a szükséges ismeretekkel támogatják és meghatározzák, valamint összekapcsolják a felhasználáshoz elengedhetetlenül szükséges kereslet-kínálat, foglalkoztatás, munkaerőképzés, piac-szervezés, termékfejlesztés- és szolgáltatás, technológiai fejlesztés különböző területeit. A dolgozat újszerűsége abban rejlik, hogy olyan területeket értelmez, és térségfejlesztési törekvéseket foglal rendszerbe, amelyek eddig kiaknázatlan lehetőségeket rejtettek, a mezőgazdaság, az egészségügy, az oktatás, az élelmiszeripar, az informatika, a könnyű- és nehézipar számos területén. I took into account the characteristics of product generating projects, the related technology, infrastructure, together with the services provided within the framework of these projects and, in relation to this, the issue of employment, jobs and training. Overall, I interpreted all these in terms of the market. I provided the triple-level interpretation of the herbarium, medical trend built on the tradition presented and the systemizing physiology which forms an initial basis of the study. In addition to formulating ideas, I introduced the basic principles and guidelines of implementation through examples. These take into account the fundamental aspects of the individual forming the society; furthermore, the feasibility and cost-effectiveness. Concerning their effect, functional foods and medicinal plants have been interpreted based on “old-new” aspects, according to which the question could be formulated, what can not be regarded as a functional food and medicinal plant, according to the principles of systemizing physiology forming a framework. The energy-related interpretation of the principles presented (equilibrium and non-equilibrium energy states) took place by using indicators which offer an additional opportunity for the further development of certain components of the model described and also for the interaction with similar areas The model developed by me examines the following as a system: functional foods, as a product, nutrition as a recurring process and health as a dynamically changing state; and it determines those elements - with extension in space and time - which make the system a part of regional development. In this context, it finds it necessary to develop and create such info-communication interfaces that - by using the necessary knowledge - are able to support and determine, furthermore, link the various fields of supply and demand, employment, labour training, market organisation, product development and services and technological development inevitably necessary for their use. The novelty of the thesis lies in the incorporation of efforts for regional development into a system and in the interpretation of such areas in which so far untapped opportunities have been hidden, in a number of fields of agriculture, healthcare, education, food industry, information technology and the light and heavy industry. My research related to the objectives of the dissertation, the database of the survey, the test method and the theme provided enabled to draw conclusions. These conclusions related to the development and interpretation of a system consisting of functional foods, nutrition and health. I also formulated the professional interpretation and numerical expression of the test method, curriculum and database. Finally, I concluded that the system harmony of the product (functional food), the process (nutrition) and the state (health), as the tool of regional development can be expressed in a new model.
