dc.description.abstractFruits have huge impact in our everyday life. The changes in the life style of the people, our life became more stressful and fast lately. People have no time to prepare home meals and the healthiest choice is grabbing of fruit as a fast and easy replacement. Lately, they are towards dried fruits considering them healthier than the fresh ones. Also, the fresh fruits rot very easily and the deterioration happens in two days if they are not good stored and preserved. Some of the preservation of the fruits can increase the nutritional values of fruits. In this research we came with the conclusion that one of the best preservation methods for both fruits was freeze drying.hu_HU
