Intercultural differences exist, but what impact do these intercultural differences have on organisational culture. With the help of a questionnaire on "seven cultural dimensions", which was distributed to students at the University of Debrecen, i was able to analyse the responses and see which of each of the cultural dimensions do the respondents choose.
