This paper aims to examine the influence of online travel platforms on the travel decisions of Chinese tourists, using Ctrip as a case study to investigate how such platforms affect travel choices. Analyzing the impact of online platforms on travel decision-making holds substantial importance, both theoretically and practically.The study seeks to expand and refine the existing theoretical frameworks that explain tourism decision-making.
