This note is a practical summary designed to review the entire process of a short questionnaire study from its design to execution to analysis. The summary covers epidemiology, health informatics and biostatistics. The detailed theoretical background of each area is dealt with in separate subjects, but the three areas concerned are organically linked. Practical implementation can help to master the theory more easily, as well as to complete the learned theory. We strive to define the most important concepts according to aspects of practical application. The individual chapters follow each other in a logical order, but they are also intended to cover a specific area on their own. For ease of learning, key information is presented in outline form, and screenshots make it easier to understand/follow, whether it is related to the installation of the programs used or to illustrate a resultant product (output). We go through the installation of the programs, the selection and implementation of the appropriate method, and the interpretation of the results obtained.
