My thesis examines the strategic introduction of Nigerian cashew nuts into the retail market in Hungary , It takes into regard factors such as EU trade laws, customer preferences, and Hungary's economic circumstances. It also weighs the advantages and disadvantages of several market entry tactics, such as e-commerce, joint ventures, and direct export. From my research Successful market penetration is of top priority as well as adherence to EU food safety, labeling, and packaging regulations. The study also examined price sensitivity, customer behavior, and marketing strategies built around Hungarian preferences and online activity. It comes to the conclusion that Nigerian cashew nuts can achieve a significant market presence in Hungary by fusing regulatory compliance with focused branding and strategic partnerships.
