It reviews the role of approved treatments like PARP inhibitors and bevacizumab, while also discussing promising new approaches such as immunotherapy, endocrine therapy, and nanoparticle-based drug delivery systems. Additionally, it investigates the potential of gene therapy to target cancer at the molecular level, focusing on overcoming drug resistance and enhancing patient outcomes.
